• You will not attempt to access non-public areas, disrupt the Site, or misuse content or services.
• We may suspend or restrict access for violations or to protect the Site and users.

3. Products, Courses & License

Our offerings include digital courses, guides, and downloads (collectively, “Content”). Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, recording, or public display without written permission is prohibited.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected method.
• Applicable taxes may be collected as required by law.

5. 14-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind our products with a 14-day “You’ve Got This, Mama” guarantee. If you do not feel more confident or supported after diving in, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility window: Requests must be received within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
• Good-faith use: Please share what didn’t work so we can improve. We may deny refunds for abuse, fraud, or repeated requests from the same customer.
• Bundles / add-ons: If purchased as a bundle, we may require the bundle to be refunded together if items are not separable.
• How to request: Email [email protected] with your order email and receipt. We’ll confirm receipt and process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
• Timeline: We aim to approve/deny within 3 business days of receiving all needed info. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested and may result in account access being suspended.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site—including text, videos, graphics, audio, and course materials—is owned by Passable Parent or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activities. Upon termination for cause, your license to use purchased Content may be revoked, without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
